For agencies and founders

Is my OnlyFans agency profitable? The profitability calculator

Whether an OnlyFans agency pays off is not decided by the models' revenue, but by what is left after commission, chatter costs and fixed costs. Using your own assumptions, the calculator shows your monthly contribution margin and how many models you need before your fixed costs are covered.

The three levers for your contribution margin

Chatter costs

The chat team is usually the largest cost item. If you don't plan chatter pay in relation to your commission, every new model earns you less.

Revenue per model

More models don't solve a profitability problem. A higher average revenue per model often has a bigger effect than another model with weak revenue.

Fixed costs

Software, accounting, legal and your own salary are due every month – even in months when a model takes a break or cancels.

How the calculator works

  • Agency revenue = number of models × avg. net revenue per model × commission
  • Chatter costs = number of models × avg. net revenue per model × chatter rate
  • Contribution margin = agency revenue − chatter costs − fixed costs
  • Break-even = fixed costs ÷ (avg. net revenue × (commission − chatter rate)), rounded up

What the calculator is not: not a forecast, not tax or legal advice and not a promise. It works exclusively with your assumptions. Taxes, VAT, chargebacks, advertising costs and start-up months are not included.

Frequently asked questions

How much does an OnlyFans agency make?

There is no reliable average. Earnings depend on how many models an agency manages, how much revenue they generate, the agreed commission and what the chat team costs. Revenue is not profit: only after chatter pay, fixed costs and taxes do you see what is left.

How much does an OnlyFans manager make?

It depends on whether you are employed or run your own agency. Employed managers receive a salary; self-employed managers earn what is left after commission, chatter costs and fixed costs – which is exactly what this calculator shows. You can read more about the tasks and the ways into the job on our page “How to become an OnlyFans manager”.

How much does an OnlyFans chatter make?

Chatters are usually paid a fixed amount, a revenue share or a combination of both. For the agency, this pay is the largest ongoing cost item – in the calculator it is the “chatter pay” value. What the job looks like from a chatter's point of view is described on our page “Become an OnlyFans chatter” (in German).

How much commission do OnlyFans agencies take?

A share of the creator's net revenue is common; the level depends on the scope of services. In the calculator you can set the commission freely and see how strongly it changes the contribution margin. What creators typically pay agencies is explained on our page about agency costs (in German).

How are OnlyFans chatters paid?

A share of the revenue generated by the chat team is common, sometimes combined with a fixed amount. The calculator uses a share of the model's revenue. If you pay chatters differently, convert the amount into an approximate percentage or include it in your fixed costs.

What is not included in the result?

Taxes, VAT, chargebacks, advertising costs, models dropping out and start-up months without revenue. The result is a contribution margin before tax – a calculation aid, not a forecast.

Are my inputs saved?

No. The calculator runs in your browser. Your inputs are neither transmitted nor stored.
